JOHN BARKER, Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board
John Barker is the managing director at Neuberger Berman, an active philanthropist and a trustee of The Blythedale Children’s Hospital. He is also a member of the Alumni Association of St Raymond High School for Boys through which he funds academic and athletic scholarships. Mr. Barker is a collector of classic automobiles.
CHRISTOPHER HOOPER, Partner
Christopher Hooper is a private equity investor, currently working at San-Francisco-based Golden Gate Capital, which he joined in 2011. Prior to joining Golden Gate, Mr. Hooper worked at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, a New York-based private equity firm, alongside MMC co-founder Paul Queally. Previously, Mr. Hooper was an investment banker in the restructuring group at Lazard. Mr. Hooper has a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University (summa cum laude; Phi Beta Kappa). Mr. Hooper is an avid race fan and is a graduate of Skip Barber racing school.
BILL McMICHAEL, Partner
William McMichael is an entrepreneur and founder of several health care companies. He also founded and managed a commercial/residential real estate development company. Mr. McMichael sold his last company to Walgreen’s in 2006. He is an auto enthusiast and racer. Mr. McMichael participates in various charities and founded the "Cops for Kids" annual event at MMC that has raised tens of thousands for a variety of Sullivan County, NY-based children's charities. He and his family live in Tuxedo, NY.
PAUL ORWITZ, Partner
Paul Christopher Orwitz is a Founding Member and initial investor in the Monticello Motor Club. He has been fascinated with cars since childhood. His interest spans all forms of motorsports from F1 to go-karts. In 1998 he realized his dream of racing sports cars with the BMW Car Club of America Club Racing program, entering a BMW M3. Over the years he progressed throughout the ranks in BMW CCA, EMRA, and Porsche Club of America events. Highlights of his racing career include competing in the 2005 24Hours of Daytona and a 4th place overall finish in the 2005 IMSA Challenge by Michelin race series. Paul is a veteran money manager at SAC Capital in Stamford, CT and he graduated from New York University in 1990 with a BS in Finance. He was a two time Junior National Cycling Champion and National Cycling Team Member in 1986-7. He currently resides in New Canaan, CT with his wife and four children.

Paul B. Queally is co-president of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe. Prior to joining Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, Mr. Queally was a general partner at the Sprout Group (the private equity arm of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation). He is a board member of United Surgical Partners, Inc., Concentra Inc., MedCath Inc., Aptuit, Inc., and several private companies.

Dan Rosenblatt is a Managing Director at Neuberger Berman, where he and John Barker co-manage the Large Cap Disciplined Growth product. Dan has lived in Manhattan since graduating Yale in 1980.
ARI STRAUS, President/CEO, Partner
Ari Straus serves as MMC's operating partner. Earlier in his career, he worked for Deloitte Consulting and later founded the online retailer, Figleaves.com (sold 2000). Ari also served as a General Manager of Walmart.com and founded mdINR, a healthcare software and service provider (sold 2009 to Lincare Holdings, Nasdaq:LNCR). Ari actively competes in the Grand-Am Continental and Rolex pro-racing series, Radical Cup, and Playboy Cup. He has also competed in Ferrari Challenge, IMSA Cooper Lites Prototypes, and PCA and SCCA club races. In addition to professional racing, Ari is an avid scuba diver and private pilot.
