This month, MMC’s new Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport fleet will be equipped with GPX Stream that provides live on-board video and telemetry, with near zero latency, for advanced coaching via tablet and radio.
Key advantages:
This is game changing technology and the way of the future for race coaching.
MMC’s Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport fleet is also equipped with two data logging systems: Racelogic VBOX video and data (front and rear HD cameras) and Cosworth/Pi dash data systems. The combination of front and rear video with remote live viewing, Cosworth/Pi and VBOX telemetry give race coaches unparalleled information to dig deeper into driver performance.

Meet Ross Klein – a Monticello Motor Club regular who makes the early-hour trek from Long Island. His “drive” and dedication both on and off-track make him a brilliant racer. He is nice as can be off-track, but don’t let your guard down on-track – he’s a strategic racer that will take advantage of every opportunity to pass!
What is your favorite part about racing?
My favorite part about racing is developing the skillset and always improving. You are always working toward something, like improving your lap time, developing consistency, or shaving a tenth of a second off a turn. I also love the competition because you are always being pushed and learning from others. Racing also gives you that addicting, adrenaline rush that makes you love it.
How long have you been racing?
I have been racing for almost two years.
What other sports do you do?
I like to play golf. I think golf and racing actually have a lot in common. Golf, no matter how much you practice, is always a feel sport. You feel out your golf swing as you summon your muscle memory to replicate your perfect shot, and you’ll never play a perfect game. Same goes with racing. You are always driving with your intuition, feeling the changing conditions while trying to minimize your lap time.
Favorite turn on track?
That is a hard one, but I think I’m going with turn two. I think it’s a good strategic turn during races, especially in sequence with turn one, two, and three.
Are there any life lessons you learned on-track which apply to off-track?
You have to learn to adapt to changing conditions. Being an incoming freshman in college, adapting to a new environment, and being successful on my own is my number one challenge. What racing has taught me though is that your skills haven’t changed, it’s just your environment. Be it a different car or new classes, you have to learn to adapt.
What is your favorite part/activity on a member day that is not driving?
Now that the skid pad is set up, I discovered how much fun donuts are. The skid pad is great because you get to throw the car around in a way you can’t on the street or the track.

If you are looking to book your flight to the world’s premier automotive playground, then look no further than the ease and convenience that XO offers. XO delivers unparalleled support and service to provide our flyers with a premium end-to-end travel experience.
Of course, booking a private charter could be pretty costly, especially if you only need a couple of seats on the aircraft. You wouldn’t lease an entire office building if you only needed one office, so why pay for an entire jet if you are only using a portion of it? That’s where XO’s crowdfunding feature comes in. It works one of two ways:
Crowdfunded flights are free to create, easy to join, and simple to cancel anytime up until confirmation. You do not even need to be an XO Member to create a crowdfunded flight or to grab a seat on one, but after your experience with us, you will probably want to be. This is just one more way XO is revolutionizing private aviation. For more information on how XO’s crowdfunding works, click here.
