Donna Cruz joined MMC in May 2022 as Human Resources Director following twenty years at chemical manufacturer, Daikin America, Inc. Donna brings a wealth of HR experience and knowledge to MMC. During her time at Daikin, Donna worked her way through all aspects of human resources, ending with a focus on Benefits administration across the country. Donna is a Certified Human Resource Professional and is working on obtaining a Compensation Professional Certification and BS in Human Resource Management. 

Donna was born in the Bronx, but raised in New Jersey. She now lives in Middletown, NY with her husband and two dogs. In her free time, Donna enjoys golfing, bowling, movies, and taking long country road drives. A fun fact about Donna is that she has been skydiving!
