Monticello Motor Club is committed to protecting the health of our Members, guests, and staff. Like many others, we will be taking precautionary measures as recommended by the CDC and local governments before, during, and after all of our Members and guest experiences.
We are fortunate that motorsports is uniquely geared for this health crisis. Unlike other sports, our typical on-track uniforms boast full coverage of nasal passages (balaclavas), protective shields (full-faced helmets), and skin protection (head-to-toe Nomex gear). Without passengers, we self-quarantine whenever we drive on track, while engaging in critical exercise and stress relief – something we all need during this historic time.
Upon reopening, MMC will once again be an escape for our members, their families, and our guests, where they can enjoy life in a safer, controlled environment. We look forward to welcoming you to the property.
The Club receives a large volume of requests for donations and sponsorships annually, and each one is carefully reviewed. To be considered for fulfillment, a request must meet the following criteria:
Primary consideration will be given to requests made by non-profit organizations hosting events, or providing services, in Sullivan County and the nearby Hudson Valley Region of New York. However, MMC does NOT restrict the requests it accepts.
We appreciate the efforts of charitable organizations like yours, and we take the consideration of every donation request we receive very seriously. Please understand that while we strive to help, we cannot honor every request we receive. To proceed with the donation or sponsorship request process, please use our online form to complete your submission.
Note: We no longer accept requests by phone, fax, e-mail, or mail. All requests must be submitted through this online system for consideration.
